How do you price projects?
Most projects are quoted at a fixed price after a short discovery call, so you know the cost up front. Larger or open-ended work can be done on a time-and-materials basis. Either way the basis is agreed in writing before we start.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A focused POS setup or automation can take a few weeks; a larger custom platform takes longer. We give a realistic timeline in the written quote.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. We work with businesses across Europe and have specific experience with German and Italian fiscal requirements.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. We provide ongoing support and maintenance after go-live — monitoring, updates and fixes — under an agreed support arrangement.
Who owns the source code?
On full payment, you receive the agreed rights to the bespoke deliverables built for you. We retain our own pre-existing tools and libraries. This is set out in our Terms.
